My Passion:
My passion is to see people flourish, to see individuals experience the abundant life that God wants for them. I am passionate about helping people experience all that God wants for them in Christ Jesus. I love preaching/teaching God’s word but I also enjoy developing relationships with people, working alongside them, hearing their story and sharing mine with them. I guess the short answer is “I’m passionate about God and people”.
My Family:
I have been married to the love of my life, Randa, for over 31 years and we have 4 grown children (Ashley – Married to Travis, Alex – Married to Rachel, Ainsley and Anna) and 2 grandchildren. It is a blast when we can all get together, a usually really noisy.
Favorite Scripture:
My favorite scripture is Matt. 6:33 “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you.” It always reminds me that my responsibility is to seek God, as a man, a husband, a father, a grandfather, as a pastor, and trust that He will provide what I need to accomplish His purposes through me.
What do you do in your spare time?:
I enjoy spending time with my wife, cooking, building things with wood, and gardening. I enjoy doing most anything with my hands. I also enjoy hunting but don’t often make the time for it.
